Peter Fulton has 30 years of experience in the trial of complex civil cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Attorney Fulton has successfully litigated consumer complaints, medical and legal malpractice, personal injury, construction and builder disputes, assisted living and nursing home care, wrongful death, airplane crashes and Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) claims.  Mr. Fulton is a member of the American Bankruptcy Insitute.

By maintaining close communication with his clients and using advanced technology, Attorney Fulton has been successful with cases that other attorneys have found to be cumbersome and difficult, while managing to keep client fees and expenses under control.

Attorney Fulton is a graduate of Boston University and Suffolk University Law School. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Texas and is a former Special Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Training Specialst at Harvard Law School.
